so lets get started....
- First of all breath in and out, take a deep breath again in and out....
- Close your lips.
- Now inflate your left cheek as much as you can and hold it for 5-8 sec.
- Now move the air to the right cheek
- Inflate your right cheek as much as you can and hold it for 5-8 sec
- Repeat the same process for 5-8 set.s meaning 5-8 times each cheek
- You can practice this exercise even twice a day totally depends on you
- but remember the instructions from my previous blog learn face yoga..
- Make sure you are inflating both of your cheeks equally..
- this exercise will give beautiful edgy tone look to your cheeks
